Legal cleared this line ✓
Everything between the first cut and the final file.
Frame-accurate review
Comment on the exact frame or a range — never “around 0:42” again. Draw on the frame, tag a colleague, keep the thread with the cut.
Video, audio, images, PDF
One review surface for every deliverable: waveform comments on a mix, pins on a still, page notes on a treatment.
Versions & sign-off
Stack versions, compare, and collect a clean approval. Departments can sign off separately when a job needs Legal, Copy and Grade to agree.
Client Inbox
One permanent link per client. They drop files, you get them — no accounts, no “can you resend that WeTransfer”.
Transfers up to 50 GB
Send finals with one link and see exactly who downloaded what, and when.
Client portals
Invite-only spaces. Each client sees their own work and nothing else — not your other clients, not your internal notes.
Three steps, no training required.
Upload a cut
Files go straight from the browser to your own object storage — never through a middleman.
Client reviews
They comment on the frame, you see it in context. @mentions pull in whoever needs to answer.
Approve & deliver
Accept the version, send the finals, and keep the record of who signed off on what.
Built for the way you actually work.
Studios
Run every client in its own space, with departments signing off before anything reaches the client.
Agencies
One workspace, many clients. Collaborators get access to their project and nothing beyond it.
Freelancers
Look like a studio for €10 a month. No per-seat pricing, no client accounts to manage.
One plan. No per-seat maths.
Collaborators and clients don't cost extra — you pay for storage, not for people.

Client material under NDA deserves better than a shared Drive folder.
Everything runs inside the EU, on infrastructure you control. Access is scoped per project, expires when you say it does, and every change is recorded.
EU-only infrastructure
Hetzner in Germany and Finland. Nothing leaves the EU — GDPR by architecture, not by policy.
Backed up daily, twice
Database and files both copied to a second location every night, held immutable for 30 days.
Time-limited access
A subcontractor's access lapses on its own, so it never outlives the job it was granted for.
Two-factor authentication
TOTP with backup codes, plus per-account lockout after repeated failed sign-ins.
Questions worth asking.
Where are my files stored?
In your own Hetzner Object Storage bucket, inside the EU. Files go browser-to-storage directly — they never sit on an application server.
Do my clients need an account?
Not to review. A share link is enough to watch and comment. They only create an account if they want their own dashboard of everything you've shared with them.
What happens if I delete something by accident?
It goes to a trash for 30 days and can be restored. Only after that is it removed from storage for good.
Is 150 GB enough?
For most studios, yes — proxies are small and finished work moves off. Storage shows exactly what's using space, and the trash counts toward it so nothing hides.
Can I invite people outside my company?
Yes. A freelance colorist or an outside lawyer can be given time-limited access that lapses on its own, so it never outlives the job.
